Refund policy

At Christ Therapy, every item is created with love, purpose, and intentionality. Because each piece is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

However, we believe in grace and good stewardship — so if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. We gladly offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Request an Exchange:

1. Email us at christtherapy1@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Include your order number and a photo of the issue.

3. Once your exchange is approved, we’ll send you simple return instructions.

Please Note:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

• Exchanges are available for the same design (size or color changes only).

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged.
