Processing Time:

Because each item is made to order, please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships. During busy seasons or special launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time:

Once shipped, most orders arrive within:

• 3–7 business days within the U.S.

• 7–14 business days for international orders.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your package is on its way.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delays & Lost Packages:

We understand that shipping issues can be stressful. While we can’t control carrier delays, we’ll do our best to assist you in locating your package and ensuring your order reaches you safely.

Address Accuracy:

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We can’t replace or refund packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
